Meet The Founder 

Damian Wilson completed his high school career at Chilton County HS (Clanton, AL) Where he was a 2 sport athlete (Football/Basketball). As he dominated the gridiron at the high school level, he worked to earn multiple football scholarships. In February 2017 Damian signed a football scholarship to attend  Alabama State University to further his academic/athletic career.

After suffering a knee injury his Redshirt Sophomore year, Wilson transferred to Virginia State University in 2019 to continue his career. In 2022 Damian graduated from VSU with a B.S in Business Management with 1 year of eligibility remaining Damian chose to come closer to home and complete his final year at Edward Waters University.

Beyond the game Damian remains close to the game, using his platform, knowledge, and experience  to reach back, and give back to athletes who are on the same path. Damian is now a Varsity Offensive Line Coach, as well as the founder of Elite Lineman Academy a offensive lineman training & development company designed to develop offensive linemen to achieve their full potential on the gridiron and in life.
